Frequently Asked Questions

Order Process Questions

  • Most quotes are valid for 45 days. Need to extend your timeline? Reply to your original quote email to receive a revised quote.

  • Texas schools and school districts should submit a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 01-339)

  • Typically, within 1 business day of submitting a Purchase Order / Order Authorization Form and proof of tax-exempt status (processing takes up to 2 business days)

Technology Questions

  • You will receive a download link to a PDF file via email. Save this document in a safe location!

The PDF contains links to download curriculum files to your computer:

    • The entire curriculum

    • Individual units (great if you have slower internet)

  • A free Google Drive account is needed to access the Google Slides™ digital versions of the activities.

Printable PDF versions of the activities (and other curriculum materials) are included in the curriculum download.

  • The full version of Microsoft Word allows for the best experience for editing reviews and tests, as it allows you to edit equations directly.

Other word processing tools such as Google Docs™ may work with limited functionality.

PDF versions of all reviews and assessments are included in the curriculum download.

Licensing Questions

  • School-Managed Teacher Licenses are transferable. If a teacher leaves or changes roles, the school can reassign the license to a different teacher.

Individual Teacher Licenses are non-transferable and are assigned to the individual teacher, even if they change schools.

    Learn more about license types

  • No. Each license is for one teacher's use only and cannot be shared between multiple teachers.

Note: Co-teachers supporting the same classroom of students do not need separate licenses if the primary teacher holds a license.

Schools needing multiple teachers to access the curriculum should purchase one license per teacher.

Volume discounts apply for 3 or more licenses.
