Managing Your Licenses

  • Save a copy of your invoice, which documents the license type and quantity purchased.
  • For school-managed licenses, store curriculum access materials on a private drive accessible to designated district personnel (not solely on an individual teacher's account) so future teachers can access materials upon reassignment.
  • Managing license assignments is the responsibility of the purchasing entity.
