License Types

  • A school-managed teacher license is transferable and can be assigned to one teacher within the purchasing school or organization.

The assigned licensee receives the right to reproduce the product for personal, educational, and instructional use until the license is assigned to a new user.

School-managed licenses are typically purchased by schools.

The purchasing organization holds the license and can reassign it due to staffing changes such as retirement, reassignment, and turnover.

The license is retained by the purchasing organization if a teacher leaves their position.

School-managed teacher licenses do not expire and have no recurring fees.

  • A one-time individual license holder receives a non-transferable license to reproduce the product for personal, educational, and instructional use.

One-time individual licenses are typically purchased by educators for use in their own classrooms.

They may also be purchased by schools on behalf of teachers.

One-time teacher licenses may NOT be reassigned due to turnover, retirement, reassignment, etc.

Lifetime purchase: No expiration date, no recurring fees.

Multiple licenses are required for use in multiple classrooms. One license is needed per teacher.

Co-teachers providing support within the same classroom do not need additional licenses if the primary teacher holds or is assigned a license.
